911ÖÆÆ·³§ Concession Scheme

Concession applications were accepted from 3 February to 9 May.Ìý

Candidates whoÌýare namedÌýon a currentÌýAustralianÌýHealth Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC), both issued by Centrelink, are eligible for the reduced test fee. The concession fee is not available to candidates sitting the test outside Australia.Ìý

Concession applications will not be accepted after the concession application deadline under any circumstances.

Concession eligibility

Concessions are only available to candidates who meet either of the following criteria:Ìý

Only the Health Care Card and Pensioner Concession Card are accepted, claims of financial hardship based onÌýother criteria cannot be considered.

NOTE: A Medicare Card is NOT the correct evidence for the concession scheme.Ìý

Medicare Cards, New Zealand Community Services Cards, Transport concession cards, private health insurance membership cards are NOT accepted.

Application process

The steps in the concession application process are:

Ìý1Ìý	Register your
Ìý2	CompleteÌýthe onlineÌýConcession application form belowÌýbyÌý9ÌýMay 2025.Ìý Upload aÌýcopy of your current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card and provide your 911ÖÆÆ·³§ ID number given in the top right corner of your Pearson VUE account.
Ìý3	ReceiveÌýyour concession voucher code within approximatelyÌý3Ìýbusiness daysÌýby email.Ìý Check your junk mail folder if you have not received the email and refer to the FAQs below.ÌýDo NOT upload a second application as this may affect the processing of your application.
Ìý4	After bookings open in early March, log inÌýto yourÌýÌýto book your test by the booking deadline of 11:59pm AEST on 16 May 2025. On theÌýpayment page, select theÌýoption to 'Add a voucher or promo code',Ìýenter theÌýconcession voucher code and click 'apply'. The concession voucher code can only be used by the candidate who is issued the voucher in the concession application.Ìý

Booking deadlines

• Bookings open onÌý4 March.
• Book your test by 16 May 11:59pm AEST to pay the $240 concession fee.
• If you miss the deadline, anÌýadditional late fee of $85 is applied to bookings made until 30 May 11:59pm AEST.
• Final late bookings are then accepted untilÌý6 June at 11:59pm AEST and incur an additional fee of $185.ÌýNo further bookings are accepted after this dateÌýunder any circumstances.
